This little Noah's ark is different from any I have built before. The wood pattern on the sides of the ark was added via decoupage, as were the patterns on Noah, his wife, and the animals. This ark is designed with very young children in mind as the pieces are fairly large. You should notice the irregular shapes in the sides and top of the ark, as these are designed for a young child to learn how shapes fit into holes. After they have dropped all the pieces inside, the top can be lifted off, the pieces dumped out, and they can start all over again. The ark is 9 inches long. 4 1/2 wide, and 8 high, the figures about 1 1/2 by 1 1/2.
